Jardin des Tuileries in Paris on a Beautiful Day in September

The Tuileries gardens are enjoyed by many, and are such a lovey place to spend some time on a beautiful day, especially with someone you love :-)
They are located between the Louvre and the Place de la Concord, open to the public and chairs are provided for anyone who wants to sit for awhile.

 Romance in Paris.. J'aime Paris!

The Eiffel tower in the distance, looks much closer than it is... a long walk on foot.

The Louvre in the background.

A gathering of people with special hats...

...and one of them picked some flowers to share with the others.

Yes, cell phones are everywhere, we should have lots of documentation of our lives if we post them somewhere... like a blog maybe ?  :-)

In the way distance you can see L'Arch de Triomphe, but I don't think these 2 had eyes for that :-)

Some birds for Ian.

The Louvre in the background, again.

Le Jardin des Tuileries in Paris on a Saturday in March

A lovely spring day and everyone is out and about at the Jardin des Tuileries in Paris, a very popular park. Joe and I were one of many taking advantage of such a beautiful day in Paris!

Here we are enjoying Paris, there's a good reason it's one of the most popular destinations in the world! We met a nice couple who caught me taking their photo from afar. He asked if I'd take their photo again, for real :-) and then he took this of us. You're a good photographer, Daniel!

The Place de la Concord is the area next to the gardens. Great spot for a sunset with the Eiffel tower in the distance!

I spotted 2 wedding photo shoots here today.

 Paris is for lovers...

 Daniel and his friend.

Taken with Daniel's permission, and later sent to him.

Just lookin'

Smart phones dominated the photography scene.

Sunset on another really fun day...
